We currently accept your products with a simple csv file submission. We provide a video tutorial that shows how to share your products on a csv file from your Shopify store or your website. 

All returns are being sent back to the address they were mailed from. However, our central communication will be between the seller and a representative at Monlatic or you the drop shipper and a representative at Monlatic. The return policy is determined by the original supplier and will be shared with the seller in our app to update their customers accordingly. 

When you sign up and are approved into our program as a drop shipper, you will need to mail your products without any promotional items or packaging slip with your business information. As a drop shipper you will blind ship your products to the customer information provided. You are not to contact the customer at any time. If this agreement is violated you will be terminated from our program.

We ask that our suppliers provide us a 90 days notice to cancel the subscription. This allows us time to notify our merchants about discontinued products. 

You will receive access to our main product website where we list all our app listings. 

Once we receive an order for your products we will email you the order details and shipping label. We issue payment once tracking shows delivered. We currently pay our merchants via PayPal, Remitly, and WiPay on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We are currently accepting suppliers from the following locations:

United States, Canada, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago.

We hope to expand our opportunities to more locations soon. 

Our system will keep track of the product inventory level provided to us. However, if you sell your inventory outside of our app we ask that you provide us an update as soon as inventory changes. We will provide you the instructions to update the product inventory level.
